Late Night at the Belmont

The Belmont signage is on the door I'm shooting through. It took me a bit to figure out why it's missing in the second photo where I was shooting through the window. I can't explain the second reflection of the woman on the far left side of the bottom image.

Opportunity

When I saw this man, I had a feeling that he had decided to take hold of a new opportunity.

Yogurt Shop Drama

I usually wave hello when I pass by these two ladies
I keep intending to stop and introduce myself.
The out of focus girl in the foreground never waves back.

Night Photographer

I was having a sandwich at a King St restaurant and noticed these two photographers across the street. They laughed and smiled when they noticed me taking their pic. They were long gone by the time I got back on the street. I really wanted to find out who they were, what they were up to.

 Laughing Man

This fellow was entertaining a lady on a very hot Charleston midday. Many of us have so much interest and character in our faces. Especially the beauty that age brings.

Soulful Gaze

Why would this mannequin be so sad?
Is this a refection of how today's younger generation often feels?
What does the future hold for them?

Intrigue

The Fountain at Marion Square

At the corner of King and Calhoun Street. A hot night in Charleston drew this mix of people to the cool water of the fountain.

Reflections of King Street

Looking in this window revealed many reflections and a view of a King Street from the past.

Dog Walking

Lots of people walk their dogs on King Sreet. It didn't occur to me that I would see the same people often after I started photographing here.
Mannequin Abuse

I felt sorry for this poor mannequin lady. No clothes and her arms on the floor.
